These guys were recommended to me when moving to this part of the metro. They are always friendly (genuinely!) and completely up-front honest. They tell you what they find out (in my wife's case, in language she can clearly understand), and what they recommend, the pros and cons of the choices, and then let you make the decision. I didn't answer the question about what they do when they screw-up - because I've never had it happen! They're right off a major highway - why would I ever take a chance on another shop? I bring them treats now sometimes when I come in, not to bribe them but to THANK them for their service.

We have had at least 6 cars (each purchased new and taken to 80-100K miles) serviced here for well over 20 years. Each person there is knowledgeable, helpful, and explains options well. The car is always ready when they say it will be ready, and the service is always at a reasonable cost. I checked NA for screw-ups because they've never screwed up; I checked NA for public transportation because we usually wait for the service in the comfortable waiting room or make other arrangements, altho there is a nearby transit station for express busses to MPLS.
