I have had many "legacy" cars. The thing that I appriciate most about Lisell is that they are willing to locate "previously owned parts" to make a repair which is appropriate to the general condition of the rest of the vehicle. Their charges are always reasonable. When I need repairs after the cars go out of factory warrenty this is where I take them.

Their prices are competitive and they do a great job, but what makes these guys stand out is their honesty. The best example I have is when the dealer wanted to replace the entire power window mechanism in my Subaru. I ordered the part from the dealer and took the car to Lisell. They called back within an hour to say that a bolt had fallen out and it was fixed...no charge. Gotta love that!

We recently picked up our vehicle from Lisell's after taking it there for a second opinion. The original shop we were at had told us we needed a new engine...to the tune of $7,000!!! Suffice to say, with looking at a bill that hefty, we decided a second opinion was in order. After running a thorough diagnostic, Skip and his team felt that what was needed for our repair was simply a new fuel injector for a whopping total of $292!!! While our vehicle presented multiple challenges...Skip and his team did everything they could to make sure that they looked at all possible situations before completing a repair!!! Given that both my husband and myself are complete "Car Laymen", we really are at the mercy of what we are being told by our mechanic!! So, it is refreshing and comforting to know that we can depend of Lisell Auto to level with us and not take us for a ride!! I will never consider using anyone but Skip and the rest of the guys at Lisell Auto for any of our car issues!! They are truly the best of the best!!!
