The car check in & check out person is Jerry gets the facts, calls you if there are problems, explains the work done, and listens to your complaints about cars in general, your car, or the bill.

I have four cars all with over 100K miles. I am frequent customer and have alway been treated very good. I have two occasions where a part was replaced and it went bad just outside the warranty period and they took care of it. These guys are a new faciltiy that is easy to get to. I can drop car off at the night check and by 8:30 AM in the morning they will call me and let me know when they can get to it. Its on of the best repair shops I found in the Twin City area.

My car died the night before I was to go overseas. I had never used this mechanic, but that was where AAA would tow it. The problem was that, by the time my car got there, the shop would be closed for the weekend and would not be open again unitl I was out of the country. I called the shop and explained the problem. I also gave them the name of a friend whom I deputized to speak for me in my absence. When they got to the car on Monday, they diagnosed the problem as a faulty fuel pump (as I suspected). They called my friend and told him that they could fix the problem, but my car was still under warranty. They said that he should call the dealer and have the dealership tow it in and do the work for no charge. This mechanic could easily have done the work and I would have paid for it. That's exactly what happened. Instead, he looked out for the out-of-the-country customer and only got paid for the diagnosis. Their honesty meands I will definitely go back.

First mechanic that I've completely trusted. They never find "new stuff" to fix unless I ask them to look.

I had a leaking lower intake gasket and tried to repair it myself, but when I was done, it seemed to be leaking worse than before. I took it in explaining what I had done and that I needed the car back by middle of the next day, and they said it wouldn't be a problem. They called me later that day saying the work had been done and that the gasket I installed was fine it was just a little plastic elbow on the outside of the engine that was leaking. Since they didn't have to open the engine up, the final bill was less than half of what the original quote was. I always try to do repairs myself, but when I can't (or can't seem to do it right), these are the guys I'll be brining the car to from now on.

My family and I have used All Imports for years and years. They have taken care of the entire family's cars. They have been thorough, detailed in explaining the problem (especially for me, the mom) and have the car ready in no time. If they experience something unexpected, they immediately call before going any further. Considering the number of cars they have worked on for us and the college educations we have paid for, they are honest and extremely competent. I would trust them with ANY vehicle.

This shop has serviced my car well, fixing any problems that I've had and apprising me of things to watch for. Their prices are fair and reasonable, and I trust them.

I have been using this shop for probably 10 years or more. They have worked on a Mazda, Toyota, Honda, and my current car, a Mercedes Benz. They are much more reasonable than the dealer for the Mercedes, yet use the same parts. Their work has always been good, and timely. This last time I took it in for what I thought was a necessary routine maintenance, and the mechanic explained that it only needed to be done if there was a problem. They have never tried to upsell additional services, as other shops have done to me, and give me a full breakdown of the estimate ahead of time. I have been very pleased with their service and will continue to take my car there.
