Nice things about this shop: They told me what was absolutely necessary, and what could wait, rather than pulling the, "Oh, you need that done NOW, I wouldn't wait if I were you" thing. I overheard them tell another customer, "Well it might not be what you think it is, let's check and see if it's (insert some problem here), that's cheaper to fix and just as common. We don't want to charge you for (insert other problem here) if we don't have to." They let me bring my dog into the waiting room. They showered him with affection. They worked quickly on my brake job. I came back with a question 15 minutes later, and the receptionist came right out to make sure everything was ok.

This is the worst place to take your car. Everyone hears about horror experiences with getting ripped off. This place will do it. The manager, Scott, is very unprofessional, he cusses about everything, even in front of children. And when he fails to find the problem, he blames you for being a bad car owner. He will push higher prices on you. I am actually worried that these guys will purposefully break my car to turn a profit. Very very shady business, stay away. You've been warned.
