Upon my first visit to the shop for brakes, I was told that I needed new front disk pads, but didn't need read drum pads. The owner indicated that they would last another 20k miles or so. He said: "Why replace them now? If I tell you about it, maybe you'll come back later and allow me to do the work." The second great experience I had was when, on a subsequent visit for brakes, they damaged an ABS sensor while changing the front disc pads. They not only owned up to it, but went to the dealer, got the replacement part and installed it, all for no charge, while I waited. I would certainly recommend them to anyone needing brake or muffler work in the area. I have many colleagues at work that would agree, and that is why I started using them. I have always been pleased with their service, turn-around time, pleasant manner and price.

I appreciate Robin Hood, because if something is NOT needed right away, they are honest about it. They also will often lift the cost of an inspection on your word that you will have the work done there. They do not seem like they are out to make a buck or take advantage of a customer. Their work is also guaranteed, and they will repair at no cost what was not right the first time (seldom happens). I love Robin Hood!

Just returning from a terrific experience with these folks! Staff was friendly and helpful. All my exhaust needed was a small part and weld and that's all they did. With an oil change, was still out the door for less than $100.
