Dale maintains a great shop. Customer satisfaction is his priority. Expertise in all foreign and most domestic vehicles. Also sells great cars.

some may consider service is "pricey', however it is almost always "right" the first time. Doesn't fix it if it doesn't need it.

Dale's shop gave me great sevice on my Saab for 10 years - until I left the area. I even called Dale on the phone at time from around the continent, and he would help me fix something and diagnose things I couldn't fix. He once shipped a transmission part to Wheeling, WV, where my car took a vacation. He was aware when my car needed an exorcism, and was not threateden at all my the need for services beyond his "realm". Dale and his staff would show me what they were doing on my car, and at times made me help them! They never treated me in a demeaning way, and never ripped me off. (Yep - I'm a woman.) I have missed having Dale and his expertise around as I have moved. I have probably not clicked all the cars they service, so call him and ask him yourself. And tell him Barbara (formerly) with the Apple Green Saab says hello!

Dale and his crew have done a great job servicing our four Saabs over the last 20+ years. the last three of the four Saabs were purchased from him, too. Highly recommended!

We have found - over 20 years - Dale and his staff to be highly competent, courtious, and willing to explain/discuss problems. If its not broke they don't "fix it". Sales and service is always excellent. And Hey! not every problem can be fixed the first time.....their concern for any returned service is one of lets get this right!

Consistent good service on Saabs, BMW, and Volvos that my wife, daughter, and I have owned over the past 23 years. Dale takes care of the ladies as if his own was going to be driving the car.

Rallye Import has serviced a Volvo, a BMW 530i, a BMW 535i and a Mini Cooper for me during the past 20 years. The quality of the service is consistently good, the employees are courteous and helpful and the service charges are reasonable for these types of vehicles. Dale and his crew have earned my business and trust.

Dale and his crew are friendly and competent, but they are very expensive and they do sometimes fail in a repair. The latter is infrequent, but it does happen. What really soured me on them was their asking $200 to replace a single glow plug on my Merc W211 diesel. The part cost is $16. I ended up doing the job myself and did it in 30 minutes with no special tools. Looked up the procedure on the Internet. Easy as changing a spark plug. They also will not let you supply your own parts. The once charged me more for a rebuilt alternator than I could buy a new oem one for. Their charge to read a car diagnostic code is about $100. Many parts stores will do it for free. Our town has pretty much only one shop that works on imports, them, and they seem to take a bit too much advantage of it for my taste.
