Usually the car is out the same day. They do offer shuttle service. Last week, I had my radiator replaced on a ten year old car. One or two days after it was home, the battery light on the dash started flickering. The 4th day it was on steadily. I took the car in. At that age anything can happen so I expected another repair. The garage said a connection to the alternator was bad and thay might have done so they fixed ot at no cost. I love those guys!!! The first time I went to them (1985), my car was shimmering. The "guys" at work had various opinion -- front end, etc. The garage told me after a short test drinve that my radial belt in a tire was broken and I needed a new tire.

A couple of weeks ago they changed my radiator. Two days later, my battery light started blinking on and off. Then was on all the time. I went back. They said they might have bumped the connection to the alternator and fixed at no cost.

King's Garage staff are friendly and very helpful. They are very proactive in car maintenance and helpful in determining which items are important to have done and which items can be deferred. They are not pushy to have work done that is not needed.

Paul Sr., Brenda, and Paul Jr. (P.J.) run a terrific family shop with a very long term staff. Friendly, convenient (Brenda will give you a ride home) and very fair is how I would describe their operation. I have five different makes of cars, some pretty strange, but they've been willing to do work on all. They explain things and give you options as well as price. Great people!
