I have never had a repair done here in which I was not surprised at how low the cost was and speed at which the work was done. Case in point - I recently called them at 8 am, my Ford Taurus had died in a parking lot on the other side of town. By 10 am they had it towed and repaired (new starter). The total bill, including towing was $210. I guess I'm too used to dealer shops, or independants in larger cities like Ann Arbor or Chicago. Very refreshing to return from picking up my car and being HAPPY!

Have taken year 2000 Chevy Blazer 4wd and Saturn Vue's (we have two of them) for regular maintenance and tire repairs many times over the years. John Juckette is honest, helpful, and the pricing is fair.

My wheel bearing went bad on my '99 Chevy Malibu. I bought the part myself and took it into Juckette's. They charged me a reasonable amount for labor and were done in an hour. They were very friendly and do great work. I'm very satisfied.

John and his crew are very honest and customer oriented. Their service is quick and convenient. When I have a problem they can not handle they are quick to say so and always have a number of suggestions for where to take the car. I worked for a parts supplier and frequently bring in my own parts and they never complain. They are quick to point out potential problems and tell me if that item can be delayed for a time without bad problems arising.

I and every member of my extended family have been taking our cars to John Juckette's shop for years. We are all of modest incomes and tend to drive our cars way beyond the norm. However, John has kept our cars safely on the road in spite of our inablility to upgrade to more reliable vehicles. He is a "master jalopy savior" and has never busted our meager budgets. He is especially kind to seniors, often picking up their cars from their homes. I cannot say enough good things about the character and competence of this man and his staff. I never feel I have to remove items from my car before I take it in. I get it back cleaner than when it went in. He is a wonderful advertisement of a Christian businessman.
