I realize that dealerships have a bad rap for being over prived and long in getting the job done. But, this dealership is not the norm. I have taken my 1999 Z-71 pickup in twice for problems I could not take care of. First was the electronic 4X4 switch malfunctioned when wet, second a sounf when ever I accelerated or braked :ert: sound. Both tines the mechanic spent at least 2 hours solving my problems. The best part is that they were able to solve the problems. Now for the real best part. I was not charged a cent for all the time spent by the mechanic. The repair was not covered by warrantee. It is very rare that A dealarship's service department deserves praise, but this one is an exception, at least for me.

I have purchased vehicles and had shop work done here for 40 years and have yet to be disappointed.
