Mike and the guys and lady at Pro Auto are great. Women are usually treated better then the men. They do not sell you repairs that you do not need. Mike will even tell you if a repair can wait a few weeks. If he thinks its under warranty, he will tell you to call your dealer!! I just wish the place was warmer in the winter. He'll even let you pick your car up after hours by dropping a check in the night drop box. That's been a real life saver.

Mike is a great technician. The job is always done on time and at a fair price. Carl is always smiling and ready to help in any way he can. I like the fact that the manager is a woman. She is easy to talk to and she explains things in a way that most people can easily understand. No hi tech talk. Any other techs seem to stay in the background but everyone is always working. The lot is usually full but if you are a "regular" they will try to get you in for service.

Mike and Carl have helped me keep driving two ten year old vehicles. I no longer live in Michigan and I miss them terribly (as I sit here sans vehicle for the past 10 days because a simple repair is taking forever due to lack of parts in this area!) I always appreciated their honesty and the fact that every bit of work was priced exactly as they said up front. I wish I could have moved their shop here with me . . .

I moved to another state and I wish I could have brought them with me. I have even called them to check out what I have been told by my current mechanic just to make sure that I am not being taken advantage of as a young woman in a new place.

Worked over an hour (had to make sure) to diagnose (they had the top-of-the-line GM tester) a faulty ABS / Traction unit on '96 Buick Riviera. Needs a dealer-only part & repair (about $900), so they charged me zero. I was flabbergasted. The mechanic said, 'You win a few, you lose a few.' He gave up his time for me - that's unheard of. The whole shop is conspicuously clean and clutter-free. They cater to the medical crowd at Beaumont hospital - that's why they'll only shuttle you one mile. If you can fit in their first-come, first-served, Monday-Friday 7-5 schedule, don't even think about going anywhere else; I wouldn't.

Professional Auto is not there anymore, Dynamic Auto is there now. Took my older Ford in for an oil leak. Car was running fine except for the oil smell. When I picked the car up it was not running well and then they told me that there was water in the oil but hadn't informed me of this before the repair. I was told to test the car out but during the test the check engine light came on and the engine died. I checked the dip stick for water but there wasn't any there. Their defense was that American engines are junk. I now have a repair bill and no car.
