They were nice people and did the job both times I went to them for routine maintenance. But I was kind of surprised at the price, which was higher than I expected.

Have been taking my cars to Jourden's since 1976 when their dad was the owner. Have always been satisfied with their service, even when someone forgot to put oil in the car after an oil change-I didn't get out of the parking lot & it was taken care of right away!

I have been taking my cars to Jourden's for over 10 years and have always had a positive experiences. They are very good about letting you know what needs to be done and about what the options are for addressing a problem. These guys are totally honest and extremely competent.

I cannot say enough good things about Jourden's Automotive. For one, they have Saturday hours. My alternator gave out on a Friday trip from Cincinnati to Ann Arbor. Out of my element, I used the Mechanics Files to find a reputable repair shop. Not only did they agree to help me, Mr. Jourden stayed past the usual 1:00 pm closing to finish the job. Jeff at the front desk was very kind and cheerful, and there was coffee and wifi in the comfy waiting area. There is even a produce stand with a nice salad bar down the block, if you need lunch while you wait. They could have told me to get lost, as several other shops did, so I am very grateful for the kindness and speedy repair.
