Henry is WONDERFUL (and his son has started there also). He only works on Hondas - but does a great job with them. My husband and I sometimes stop by to make an appointment for something - if it is small, he will fix it then, add the cost to the next time we come in for a major repair. He really is great. When we bought a new car last year, we made sure it was a Honda so we could keep him!

We miss Honda, but we miss Henry more ... He'd provided excellent service on my wife's '98 5-speed Accord for 3 years, until she was abruptly forced into trading it for an automatic "anything" because of a lumbar injury. The only reason we didn't first consult with Henry was because, years before moving to Maine, we'd bought a '92 Accord, new, and the only bad thing about that car was the jerky operation of its automatic transmission. So we didn't consider Honda having maybe improved their automatic transmission engineering in the ensuing 11 years. (Insert stupid slap here). Consequently, she ended up in a used 2000 Camry, which quickly got her out of the lumbar pickle, but, with which she's never been as happy as she was with the other 5 Hondas we've owned. Fortunately, over two years, the Camry has been pretty much bullet-proof. But it's no Accord, either. Now, it's time to replace the Camry. With a Honda. And I'm giving Henry a call tomorrow. If you drive a Honda and live within 50 miles of N. Windham, Maine, you owe it to yourself to call him too. He embodies the tradition of the old-school, no BS, neighborhood shade-tree mechanic, whose focused expertise is rare among the contemporary automotive technicians of whom he exemplifies the best. You won't find ficus trees and Starbucks in the waiting room, even if there was one. All you pay for at PipPro is what you get. DGS. Damn good service. The bonus is the DGN - Damn good neighbor.

Henry owns this place and his son Steve works here too. They only work on Honda's and they are FABULOUS. Reasonable prices and they aren't out to charge you for stuff you might need fixed right away. I can't recommend these guys enough. Not having loaners is a bit of an inconvenience - but arranging rides is worth the trade-off for solid service.

Henry is a Honda factory trained mechanic and his son Steven has also been very well trained. They provide honest and and expert service. They only work on Hondas and are very up to date on all current repair issues facing these vehicles. They are excellent diagnosticians and have been able to effectively repair any Honda I have had at reasonable rates and in a very timely manner. All my family members go to Pip Pro and my son even drives up from Massachusetts to have his Honda serviced by Henry and Steven. They are very trustworthy, reliable, and smart.
