Jeff is funny and he doesn't take himself too seriously, but he always finds a good inexpensive way to solve the problem.

Jeff's Automotive repairs only Hondas. Maintains a nice lot of used Hondas for sale, most priced under $3000. Without a doubt, the best mechanic in this neck of the woods.

Jeff used to work for Honda, so you get Honda parts and service without the Honda Dealer price! Jeff went out of his way to find a used transmission for my car instead of charging me for him to rebuild the old one. Worked with me on the pricing also. Very honest and nice guy.

I have a 2002 Honda Civic I bought new. It was getting time to get the timing belt replaced and I checked out recommendations from Car Talk to find someone to do the work. Jeff's Auto had good marks so, even though it's some distance to his shop, I took my Civic HX there to get the timing belt and water pump changed. (Always get the water pump changed at the same time as the timing belt.) I couldn't be happier choosing Jeff to do this work. He changed the timing belt, water pump, and power steering belt - plus we decided I needed new front brake rotors and pads - which were changed. Also coolant change. When I first made the appointment for timing belt/water pump he said it would be about four hours and $400. He did it in four hours, including the brakes, and the bill was $499.18. Many, many years ago I made my living working on cars, so I know something about this, and Jeff is the best. And hey you Magliozzi's, back in the early sixties I worked for John (Shag) Sherrigan on Speedway Ave in Allston. But, maybe that was before your time. Maybe closer to home, Haavaad Sq., Peter Sefarian that used to work for Lichtmann on Mercedes was part of the original Speedway crew. Nomads. Anyhow, this dude Jeff is as good as it gets when it comes to Hondas. He's good on anything, but now only works on Hondas. And tells some good stories. You'd love him.

Jeff thinks Hondas are good cars, and respects both the cars and the people who own them. Also he is smart, knows the cars well, and works hard. My Honda and my wife's are both well over 10 years old. We bought them used from Jeff and he has maintained them. The cars run great and Jeff has done all maintenance and repairs on them. When things needed fixing on them Jeff fixed them at a reasonable price, and they stayed fixed.
