These guys are great. They offer very flexible hours and their work is always top-notch. They are forthcoming with information for us backyard mechanics and they always have time to get your vehicle in in a pinch. I highly recommend them.

I was recommended to Rick Ladd's shop by many people in this area of rural Maine. As a woman, who is not a skilled mechanic, and must rely upon the professionalism of mechanics, I rate this shop 10 stars out of 10 stars. They fixed a problem that was not addressed, by another shop even though they had my car for over 6+ hours ! Ladd's identified the problem, told me what it was and gave me a very reasonable price and their labor rates are reasonable as well. They were very honest, forthcoming with information and respectful. They have my business from now on. No complaints and only utmost compliments for all who work at Ladds !!! WONDERFUL experience dealing with them and keeping my late model car going.
