Definitely not the cheapest game in town, but you get what you pay for. Makes a special effort to explain the nature of the work and why it's necessary. Keeps an excellent record of repairs and checks it against any new problems each time the car is in. Made good on a TWO YEAR OLD part they installed that failed - even though it is just as likely that a pothole did it in! Best for people who have a genuine appreciation for Volvos and are interested in keeping them in top form for a long time. Appreciates customers who make an effort to educate themselves. Cleans the inside and conditions the leather seats while the car is in -- very nice touch!! If you need a loaner - make an appointment. Cheerful shuttle service if no loaner available or is not needed.
