Dennis Buckingham always tries to do the best work he can, stands behind it, doesn't laugh at my crazy ideas and is willing to work on our old cars.

Our son was a student at McDaniel College. When I came to visit during Spring break, the Corolla was vibrating in an annoying, and I thought, unsafe manner. Though I had it rebalanced and aligned at Sears, they didn't notice anything wrong with the tires (though I know they like to sell them). It was better but still made a thud, thud sound. I asked my son not to drive on the freeway until it was fixed. When we returned for graduation, it was still not fixed. We had an hour before he needed to go to the Airport, so we stopped by Buckingham Auto Repair. After a test drive, Dennis found that a belt was separating from one of the tires (did I say dangerous at high speed?). Noting that we were pressed for time, he found a single tire to replace it and did so immediately, possibly knowing we wouldn't be returning after graduation. He estimated a price that came out within three dollars of the actual charge. Next time we went on the freeway the sound had disappeared. After months of concern, I can now relax. And my son can look for a job all up and down the East Coast. So grateful!! and we also have a fabulous graduation story that will last for a long time.
