I have been going to AutoWerke since 2005 and have always been treated well and have had no issues with the work done by the proprietor - Dave Toy - and his team. Dave is a guy who will work with you to figure out what is wrong and gives you the options for remedy. He does not give you the 'you have to fix everything now' routine and is willing to do the watchful waiting on things that are not critical, e.g. faulty power windows and the like. I recommend AutoWerke without reservation for work on Audis and BMWs. They know the cars well and do top quality work.

The mechanics at this shop do seem pretty competent and knowledgeable and honest. Unfortunately the owner Dave Toy is a scumbag. Upon taking my car there for a 15 minute diagnosis for which I was willing to pay the minimum 1 hour labor charge, I instead received an exorbitant bill for a whole bunch of other non-requested services that even the mechanic confirmed had not been performed. Despite this, Dave still insisted I pay. Why, Dave? Why???
