As a girl, I am wary of prices being jacked up and unnecessary repairs. These guys have had multiple opportunities to take me for a ride without me noticing, and haven't done it. One night I was driving home and went over a bad pothole. My car was making horrible scraping noises all the way home and I thought I was in for hundreds of dollars. When I got the call from these guys they said 'Oh, it was just a piece of plastic that ripped a bit and was scraping against some moving parts.' They charged me $20 total to replace it. Another time, I got my catalytic converter replaced. They had the part the next day, and charged my only $84 of labor to put it in! :) I've always felt good about this shop. Highly recommended.

I've taken my wife's and my own car here for the past couple years for routine maintenance and several repairs. Their prices are comparable or often lower than the independent competition, and always beat dealer prices. They don't recommend unnecessary services or pressure customers. In fact, they're quick to differentiate between what should be done for safety and reliability and what can be postponed with no negative consequences. The one or two times when we had to bring a car back to resolve some issue with a repair, they fixed the problem promptly and at no cost (e.g., when an accessory drive belt was squealing after having been replaced). I highly recommend them. Overall, they're the most reasonable shop I've ever been to.
