I've been working with Mike & Bo at Absolute Auto Advance since I've moved to the area. Nearly everyone in my company (it's a small company) goes to Mike for their cars. We drive everything from Scions to Porsches and they take care of them all. They have warrentied Oxygen Sensors AND Brakes for me and won't stop looking until they find a problem. Recently my Scion's brakes were making a horrible noise when I'd stop. At first Mike & Bo couldn't make it make the noise so Mike told me that the next time I heard it to come straight to him to take it for a test drive. The very next morning it made the noise and I stopped by. Mike dropped what he was doing and immediatly came for a drive with me. He heard the noise and told me his game plan - warrenty the brakes. He had me drive to my work, and he took my car back to replace the brakes. By that afternoon the brakes were fixed and the noise was gone. We had our car to the dealership for the same issue and they told us that it was gas sloshing around in the gas tank, and then it was the "normal" noise the brakes made when they needed replaced and it was even because "if one person drives the car all the time the brakes wear unevenly" (so they called us fat! :)). Mike and Bo always go the extra mile and will do anything to fix your car and make you happy. I have full confidence in them and would take any car to them. They've earned the money and respect they have from me and my co-workers!
