Randy and his team are more like neighbors or family who just happen to know cars and are more than willing to help you out with service and great advice. They helped keep my 88 Turbo T-bird going 100K miles beyond what I heard was the life expectancy. I'd rather have them do work under warranty because I know they will take care of the problem with out creating new ones!

these guys have helped me restore my '72 Ford Ranchero GT for the last five + years. Also, they routinely do the services on my '94 Ford Bronco and '99 Subaru Imprezza RS. If they worked on Harley's, I would take them to this shop. you might have wondered why I selected the 10-24 visit option and now you know why. It isn't that they dont fix things properly, its that the '72 was once a diamond in the rough and now - a gem. The other vehicles have been there for a variety of services over the years.

Danny and the crew are friendly, open, and always willing to work with you on car repairs. They have repaired and serviced my five vehicles over the years and I've always felt like I got honest, reasonable service from them...and I know a bit about repairing cars.

My car was due for an oil change and I felt the shop we were using charged too much for their services. I had driven by Dean many times and decided this was an opportunity to try them out. They were very reasonable and did not treat me as though I did not know one end of the car from the other. I returned when my car, a 1996 Camry, needed a timing belt and at that time the young man who was helping to install it came out with a handful of shredded filter from the air filter. I said "mouse" and he nodded yes. I said it had happened before and they replaced the filter. The last time I had the car in the shop, we had gone to the shopping center and my daughter noticed that there was a leak under the car. The mechanic said it was not a major problem, repaired the leak and charged a minimum amount. I have noticed mouse droppings in the car and suspect they have once again stolen the filter for a nest, to it is back top Dean. It is not the most convenient as they do not provide a ride and I have to work things out with a neighbor of one of my children for drop off and pick up and they are closed on the weekend which is not the most convenient, but I see it as a positive that they put time with family above making an extra dollar. ch 11/22/08

I had my car towed to Dean's Automotive after it stopped running. A summary of my experience: * I wasn't able to get a ride to the rental car when I finally found one available unless I waited there until 5pm, then somebody would take me on their way. At a diabetic, I was facing a hypo episode in the hot lobby despite my pleas for a ride (no taxi would pick up in the area that day) * I had been feeling sick on long drives ever since I picked my car back up. The issue has finally been pinpointed to likely an issue with the engine manifold or possibly a gasket. On any long drives, I've gotten so car sick that I've had to stop frequently to throw up. * Although the owner was pleasant when speaking to my dad (sweet, polite, reasonable) on the phone, he had a different personality when speaking with me. He raised his voice and yelled at me when I mentioned that I had a bad experience the first time at his shop, spoke over me, and wouldn't let me finish, attacking me for even having an issue. He insisted that they offered me many rides (but note that it was only to the nearest rental place, which was out of cars until 2 days later). I was not given the option for a ride to anywhere useful until after the shop closed even though they advertise the ride service on their website. So I had the worst day of my life waiting at their shop terrified about my health that day, the service was done poorly and needs to be fixed, and the owner himself raised his voice at me on the phone and was unbelievably rude to me. My dad arranged for me to take my car back to be fixed yet when I called to schedule a time, the owner mocked me for driving all the way back to redeem the warranty when I could do it locally.
