Genuinely nice, honest guys. My truck battery completely gave up the ghost and I was stuck - the battery connections were so corroded, that I couldn't even get them undone to take the battery out. These guys drove to my house, jump started the truck, drove it to their shop and replaced the battery and connections. The whole deal cost $185. I was quoted that much by another garage just to replace the battery and connections when the truck was running and I could have brought it to them. The mechanic also checked the oil in the truck and added a quart for free, noticed one of the tires was low and checked the pressure in all of them and filled them appropriately. They then answered a bunch of questions for me about other work I wanted to have done on the truck - telling me what not to worry about and what not to miss. I will definitely go back to these guys to get the work done. **I answered that I "agreed" to the statement that they respond well when they screw up, because the form wouldn't accept my answer of "N/A" I don't know how they would react, because they didn't screw up.**

Unfortunately, I rate these folks as very untrustworthy. I dropped my Jetta off very early in the morning for a quote on brakes and some other minor work such as cabin air filter, flush coolant, etc. They said they'd have the quote done within an couple hours. At 10:00am I hadn't heard anything so called the shop. They said they were just getting to it and should be done before noon. At 12:30 I called again and they said they were just pulling it into the bay and would get to it right away. By 4:00 I showed back up to the shop to get the quote. They had no quote and I saw the mechanic pulling the car into the bay. I was very put off. The mechanic asked if I could wait 30 minutes while they worked up the quote. I said that any trust was gone and it wouldn't matter how the quote came out I couldn't give them my business. He offered me a free oil change to make up for the lying. Sorry. Too late. Trust was out the window and how do I know he wouldn't "forget" he offered me the free oil change once I was off the lot. Besides, what quality work should I expect when they're willing to lie about the small stuff? I would never give these guys any business and would advise others to stay away from folks who believe they can mislead without accountability.
