Mary and I have been with owner Tom Counos and his crew since 1975 or so- she drives a Chevy and I have a Buick. Tom knew how well I took care of my Buicks so that when I would turn them in,he would buy them and use them for loaner cars! He got one of my Buicks at 212K and ran it until 275K and then one of his own mechanics bought it to drive to the shop! As far as I know it is till running...

I brought my first car to these guys when I was a senior in high school in 1975. They showed me what actually needed to be done to my 1967 Belvedere convertible and saved me a ton of money. When they moved their shop from Springfield to Wilbraham, a more out-of-the-way location, they started offering a free loaner car to their regular customers. I have had 44 automobiles since 1974, and they have worked on most of them. There are places out there that might be a little less expensive. But Tom and his mechanics will never do anything that does not need doing. That saves you a lot of money over the long run. It is a very busy shop (because a lot of people have discovered what I've known for 24 years). He takes work in order of priority. If your car got towed in, you go to the front of the line. You'll love these guys!
