What a find! They helped me buy a used Honda from a dealer by checking out the car for me and telling me how much I should offer to pay for it. Always very professional and friendly!

Pearson's hasn't screwed anything up yet, but I'm sure that, if they did, they would respond well. Also, I'm not sure how to qualify "specialty repairs." I don't know much about cars. Pearson's can fix any problem on my CRV that I've brought them (brakes, battery, electrical). It's the little things that really make the difference. I knew I had found a great mechanic the very first time I took my CRV there; when I got it back , I noticed that the little maintenance indicator under the odometer had been set back to green. Every time I had brought the car to the dealer or another garage for maintenance, no one ever bothered to reset it. To me, it means that Pearson's takes care of the details.

Jim Pearson and his wife, Mona, who does the paper work but also knows all about cars, are two honest, hardworking people, who are up-front with you if your car really has a problem, and will work with you to figure the best solution. Jim is a careful mechanic, loves cars, and will keep your car going as long as he can. They will also tell you when your car is not worth spending more additional money. I recommend Pearson's highly.

People at the dog park in Newburyport, MA highly recommended Pearson's Auto for my 60 thousand mile check up on my Honda Accord. They loaned me a car and were very pleasant. Mona, the office manager, is very personable and knows a lot about cars. They are very upfront and honest and do not do work you don't need. I feel their price is reasonable and I will most definitely go back. I will also recommend Pearson's Auto to others!
