I have been going there for about 10 yrs ever since my previous mechanic couldnt fix a problem with one of my cars after several attempts and Doc fixed it the first time. Since then I have always had problems fixed the first time and have even bought used cars there & a lot of my family members have bought cars there not one has been dissatisfied.

Fabulous! Brian and Doc Kagan were not only honest, but simply friendly and kind. I unfortunately tried to go to Midas for some new brakes, they quoted me $800 and said I needed a new caliper. I felt like I was being ripped off, so I found Kagan's on the Car Talk website and I am so thrilled that I did. They showed me that there was nothing wrong with the caliper, could probably re purpose the rear rotors, but should probably get new ones. They replaced the back pads and rotors, topped off the fluids, flushed the system, cleaned up the car a bit and all for $235. To boot, they did this at the end of their work day, I came to them distressed after the ordeal at Midas and they worked on it well past their closing time. They have just earned a new loyal customer!
