Bob is so concerned with his customers that he has sent me to another mechanic for specific problems when they are more qualified than him. I lost him for a while when his former shop up the street closed ( I had just bought a NEW vechile). and am extremely happy to find him again.

According to this news report these guys were involved in stolen auto parts and diesel fuel from the city: http://planetvalenti.com/2013/12/planet-working-on-two-stories-of-theft-at-and-about-city-hall-details-to-come/ Would you trust someone that steal from the city to not steal from you if the report is true?

My previous review applies to Modern Auto on Elm street in Pittsfield, not Elm StreetService. My mistake. Sorry. Elm street auto had nothing to do with the theft from the city
