they were recommended to me by the previous owner of the house I bought. I decided to try them, they picked up my car and dropped it off for free. They have always been very honest and courteous. Probibly the first mechanic i felt I could really trust (sorry click and clack) They take the time to explain the problem and try to find less expensive fixes. they even install parts I buy to save me money. they are always polite, even when I ask a bunch of questions. I highly recommend!!!!!!

They have provided rides and delivered our van (handicapped equipped) to us when we have asked for help. The folks are local and very friendly and very knowledgeable.

This is a family owned business that is starting on its third generation. They are well known in the area for scrupulous honesty and have always treated every customer with utmost courtesy and respect. These people love their work. I am handicapped and they pick up my vehicle at work and return it to me there because its easier for me that way. Once a friend, a stranger to them, stopped with a specialty car that was giving him trouble. The owner stood in the rain for an hour, tinkering with the engine until he fixed it. Then he charged my friend only for the part. He refused payment for his time because, "If I'd known what I was doing, I'd have fixed it in the first five minutes."

I woke up one morning to find that I had a flat tire, at the place I spend most weekends. I had passed Dressel's many times (they're less than two miles down the road) but never had any experience with them before. When I called them, it was pretty early, and the guy who drives the wrecker (and evidently takes it home at night?) wasn't in yet. So, two fellas from Dressel's showed up in a Nissan, and pumped enough air into my tire so that I could drive to the shop. In no time, they found a nail in the tire...patched it up, and had me on my way for less than 20 bucks for labor and the house call. And, they didn't try to sell me a new tire. Since Dressel's is off the beaten path, their reputation has been built on local repeat business, going back at least 50 years (the old phone numbers on the wall only had four digits!) You just can't get this kind of honest and fairly priced service at the big repair chains or dealers around here.

We've been going to Dressel's for many years now. They've always been friendly, honest, and good at what they do. I couldn't ask for a better service shop, or more a trustworthy business. I hope they're around for a long time!

These guys are awesome Subaru mechanics. They know how to keep a car going for as long as possible. And they have always been happy to work with my limited budget, suggesting ways to get work done in phases, and provide expert advice when it is important. I would highly recommend them to my friends, family, coworkers, and colleagues. Plus they offer a refer-a-friend discount. You'll love 'em
