I have owned two Oldsmobiles in my driving days. One was purchased from the dealership where I have my cars serviced, one was not. My mother's car came from this dealer, my grandfather's cars have come from this dealer. The dealer is excellent, and so too is the shop. I remember one time when I left the interior lights on in my grandfather's car, which, becuase he and my grandmother were on vacation, I was borrowing -- unbeknownst to them. So, when I got into the car the next morning, and found it lacking its normal zest (the battery was dead), I called the service department, and expressed to them that this needed to be dealt with now -- they were there within minutes, and everything worked out great.

Left me waiting while they "took their lunch" during what they had told me was a quick repair with an appointment. Don't accept the loaner car! It's more than a little scary.
