Mahmoud is unlike any other mechanic out there. From the first time you meet him he will treat you like his friend in a sincere and courteous manner. More interestingly, your experience with him will be more than just fixing your car. He will likely discuss with you philosophy, religion or art over a cup of tea (if you have time). Most importantly, you will never, at any moment, feel like you are being cheated, lied to or that he taking advantage of you. From the moment you meet him, his manner and personality will make you feel at ease and that you can trust him. I often find myself (almost) wishing my car would break down so I can take it to his shop and visit.

I took my Honda to the dealership for a replacement at Honda's expense. While there they suggested that for $98.00 I have a leak with the transmission diagnosed. I declined and took the car to Mahmood the next day. For free, he told me the car has a minor leak, but is safe to drive (to Canada and back if necessary). He also suggested that I find a Honda Consumer Protection group because this leak has existed longer than I have owned the car. He was extremely nice and went out of his way to remove any nervousness on my part (I'm really not a 'car guy').

First time in, price was less than his estimate. He's been great about saying what work really needs to be done and what doesn't.
