I pulled into this shop with a busted radiator on the day before Thanksgiving and the guys took care of it right then and there. They got somebody to bring over the part, replaced it, and got me back on the road. They were great about explaining what was wrong, (including showing me exactly where the crack in the radiator was) and were not at all pushy. They even gave me a break on the cost of labor!
