Paul and Eddie take the time to interview you about the problem you are having. If it's something outside their expertise, they will refer you to the appropriate people. I hear tell that other shops send the problems that they can't solve to Symphony Motors.

Eddie & Paul have been servicing my family's vehicles for over thirty years! I always compare these guys to the family doctor, they can be trusted and they are always there to solve the problem. What I like about these guys is that they explain the problem and will even go as far as showing you the part and how it works. Even my mother & wife feel comfortable bringing their cars down for service because they will be treated with respect. All I have to say, if you want your car serviced correctly and at a very reasonable price, see Eddie & Paul, you will not be sorry!

My whole family has been using symphony motors for years.They have always been upfront ,honest, and most importantly extremely competent.Having your automobile repaired is never pleasant but they make it as easy as possible.Thank-you Eddie and Paul.

I have been taking my car to Symphony Motors for the past 6 years and have always been pleased with both their work and their treatment of me. Both Paul and Eddie are very willing to help, explain very clearly what repairs are needed and why as well as the best and most economical order of repairs, if there are several. Trustworthy, efficient and willing to help - the folks at Symphony Motors!

I've been a customer of Symphony Motors for over 20 years and my wife's family have been customers even longer. Eddie and Paul are honest, friendly, and competent. I've referred friends and family to Symphony Motors and all have been pleased. If you're looking for great service for a fair price, you have to call Eddie and Paul at Symphony Motors!

I had a CV joint axle/replaced here about a month ago. They are under new ownership. Their new owner Henry is a really nice guy. He said the former owner has been helping him during the transition. He lost their main mechanic but Frank, their current mechanic, seems competent. After having the axle replaced and driving on the highway I got a strong shaking in the steering wheel. I went back, Frank replaced part of the assembly (a nut of some sort?), I tried driving it again, had the same problem, went back and he replaced the whole part with a new one (the next day). He said by looking at the first axle that it was defective. It was a two-day ordeal that included about 50 miles of highway test driving (in Boston traffic on I-93) but I guess there's not much more they could have done, especially considering that it only cost me about 300 bucks. I have a feeling that if I go back, they will be sympathetic to the fact that this repair was a frustrating ordeal. I'd be interested to hear some other reviews before I go back.

My 1995 Saab 900 had an exhaust problem, which Frank diagnosed pretty quickly after putting the car on the lift. A joint in the exhaust pipe had separated. Total cost was 1 hour labor at $65 plus two flange kits at $90 total, plus tax. Seemed pretty reasonable to me and they had it done in a couple hours. Had some trouble paying when their credit card machine didn't work, but wasn't a huge issue since there was an ATM nearby I could use. Frank seems like a decent mechanic, used to working on older cars and a pretty nice guy. He showed me what he would do and took a look at a couple other things on the exhaust with me. Eddie, the shop owner, doesn't seem to know much about being a mechanic, so I think he's mostly the owner and not doing any of the work. I'm pretty happy with them for the simple repair my car needed. I'd probably seek out a more experienced Saab mechanic for major work, but for the occasional repair these guys seem great.
