First, this is a electronics service shop, not a mechanic. I took my car there to have the radio looked at for a long- running problem that no one else had been able to properly fix. First of all, after the first attempt to fix the problem was unsuccessful, I was never charged for my subsequent visits -- A first for me! The folks there were always exceptionally friendly and prompt. They remember my name when I arrive, and recognize my problem when I say my name over the phone. After my last and I beleive fifth vist they confessed they had one more strategy to try but if that failed, there was little else they could do for me. Unfortunately for me that did fail. However I have an appointment tomorrow for them to show me how to reset my radio myself, and thus temporarily fix the problem. They are great people; very friendly, very prompt, and very honest. Even though my problem couldn't be fixed, if I had another problem with my car radio (or another home electronic) I would visit them again.

this is the same reviewer as above. after my car radio continued to fail, they continued to work on it, taking on almost a personal conviction to fix the thing. in the end, the sent it to a honda plant to look at, and gave me another radio to use until then. it took about 6 weeks or so to get my radio back, but i did, and i works. after 3 shops, and 10 visits, my radio finally works. and again -- i was never charged for parts or labor after my initial visit. these are good folks.
