My wife's '04 Accord was running on HOT on a Friday. Nelson Automotive was the first place she could get to. They quickly determined it was the radiator fan that was not running. They showed her that when powered by an independent source other than the car, it did not work, while the A/C fan did. They initially found a new fan assembly (two fans and housing) for one price, found a second for a cheaper price. They later called and found the fan only for an even cheaper fix. Finally I was offered a cash discount on the total repair to save them the credit car fees! Overall a great experience. They even showed my kids their dogs while they were waiting for me to pick them up.

My Eldo wouldn't start after filling up in a gas station. Towed to this shop. Turned out to be a difficult problem to diagnose (electrical short). TJ and crew solved it ASAP and I was on the road again! This is a no B.S. operation. Thanks Nelson Auto! Meaney from CA...
