Always honest and good-natured. They give me a ride to work if I drop off my car in the morning. When I was car shopping, They steered me away from a car that they thought would give me problems, even though they knew they would make money on the repairs it would need.

I've taken 5 or 6 different cars to Gary over the years and I've always been happy with his work. Initially I was amazed at how fast his guys would get the problem assessed and fixed. Now when I drop off the car, I know to expect a call, usually within an hour or two with what's wrong and what it will cost. I didn't know how to answer the "treat men and women the same" as I'm a guy and my wife has never dropped a car off there without me. Also, I honestly don't know what the hourly rate is. The estimates he has given me have always seemed fair, so I just have him fix it.
