Have been a customer for many years. My mother also depends on them to do regular maintenance on her vehicle. They are always quick to help her and have never done work that I did not feel was warranted. They often check things for her if she has a question for no charge.

Bob and his team are honest as the day is long. He's fair, honest, and competent. He gives you options on parts prices. Plus, Bob gives you a great estimate of what's wrong and what it will probably take to fix it. I've paid for repairs and there are times when Bob's looked something over for no charge. I've been going to Bob for 10 years and always recommend him to my friends.

They might be useful working on older (70s/80s) cars, but for a 03+ Honda, they were completely incompetent. Poor customer care, and were unable to resolve my problem. (Steering issue) I won't be using them again, nor will I recommend them to anyone.
