You need to make an appointment as Bob's is busy all the time. I reserve this shop for serious repair jobs. He won't let the car out of the shop until it's fixed right, and he knows GM cars in and out. He's honest and is the only shop in town I'll trust my cars to. Shop is not necessarily convenient for me, but it's one of those places you'll go out of your way for because you know you'll never have to return again for the same problem.

Bob has been my mechanic for about 30 years - for GOOD reason! He has always treated us fairly, he knows his business, and, on the rare occasions when he has to do something over again, he doesn't make us pay twice. His prices are "reasonable" - not cheap. There are other shops that may charge less, but none that can compare with his honesty, reliablity, etc. I cannot honestly say that I am an "unbiased customer", but my bias is due entirely to lots of positive experiences with him (as well as bad experiences with other shops).

I had a radiator problem on my Suburban. He replaced it. After a year, after the warranty, it failed. Though no fault of his, he waived his labor to put the second replacement radiator in. Just one example of his routine fairness.

Bob is always fair and honest. NEVER tries to sell you something you do not need. I wouldn't go to anyone else. Bob has been working on my vehicles for 25 years. I have never had a bad experience. Will get you in if an emergent situation. Routine work requires an appointment. Always busy and haven't ever met a dissatisfied customer. Thanks Bob and Sherri!
