I LOVE these guys! They are always super friendly when they answer the phone, and they explain things to me completely and effectively. They inspect my car for free every time, and take note of anything that will soon need attention. They never fix more than they have to, and they are always timely with their repairs. The only drawback is that they are not open weekends, but they beat any shop in Kansas City hands down! I'm a girl, and although I am no car mechanic, I know what's what, and they have always explained things to me normally--they don't talk to me like I'm stupid. I love it! I recommend these guys to everyone I come in contact with, and I go out of my way to make sure that I have them do things for me more often than not. I plan on bringing my car in for major repairs for years to come!
