Mike is an excellent and trustworthy mechanic. I am female and truly appreciate the fact that he is always willing to explain and even to let me watch and help, so I know a lot about my Prelude now, because he's been my mechanic for 12 years. He never talks down to me or acts like I can't understand. The parts guys are nice to me and helpful, as are the guys on the service drive. I also don't let anyone but Mike drive my car and he is willing to drop what he is doing and come get my car off the service drive and test drive it with me to discuss why I brought it in, and put it in his bay and keep the key for me till I return if I have to leave it. Usually I just watch and help and learn. Very few dealers will let you do this and few mechanics are comfortable b

Mike is an excellent and trustworthy mechanic. I have a 6 years old Accord that I bought from them and I have always been going there for regular maintenance/oil change type work. I have not had any major problems with the car but the maintenance stuff they have done have always been done quickly and professionally. My wife drives Subaru and she has been going to their dealership for a while and I can tell that Honda (at least this one) charges far less for the same things than Subaru. I learned to trust them when they tell me that this-or-that has to be checked/repaired/replaced soon - I have double-checked what they have been telling me with other mechanics a couple of times and they have been right on the money. It is generally easy to set up an appointment and for most routine maintenance you usually do not even need one. They work on Saturdays which is very convenient for me.

Traded for a 2007 Lincoln MKX. Dog feces, urine, dander, was concealed. They also on the car report check list stated the air filter was "OK". Spent time in the hospital twice because the car was unsafe. They committed fraud (they say it was an honest mistake) that the cabin filter was not documented correctly. I had to replace it after becoming ill spending time in the vehicle. To make matters worse, when I was told to be there to pick up the car, they said it would be ready. It was not, though they swore the car was detailed and cleaned. I took photos of the dog urine, feces, and air filter and provided the proof to management. The sales manger "Patrick" was condescending, rude, and helped facilitate the fraud. These are not bad people, but horrible people, including Michael Ancona. They acknowledged they were wrong, but did little to fix situation.
