They have, in the person of Dan, a nationally award-winning mechanic. He and his staff keep on top of the latest automotive changes and innovations. This is one of the most ethical and competent operations I have ever come across. I have been a customer for over ten years and have never been disappointed with their work or felt as if they did more work on my vehicle than necessary.

I took my '06 Jetta in for a clunky suspension and a check engine light. I was able to drop my car off on my way out of town after hours (convenient). They had a diagnosis and accurate quote within a day (fast). They encountered some difficulty obtaining the right part from their suppler, but kept me informed throughout the process and described each repair that was required. They even took it upon themselves to get me a free replacement on a defective headlamp (NAPA had sold me the bad bulb a few weeks earlier, but I didn't have the receipt). The final repair list was two front bearings and a turbo valve (they warned me that a MAF might be needed, but then determined it wasn't). Throughout the process they were friendly and informative. The car runs great, and I am very satisfied that I got an honest repair job.

Dan, et.al., have cared for a number of my vehicles over the past 10+ years. Primarily German models, but also a few domestic cars. They have gone the extra mile to provide the best info, options and prices in this area. Yes, German autos can be a bit more costly to maintain(engineered for 155 mph not 55-quoting a German engineer), but Ab n Tom's softens the wallet reach as much as possible without the sacrifice of quality. Nice new repair addition, too.
