Pat's Auto Repair is a small shop in a strip mall operated by Bob, the manager, and Mike, the mechanic. They have taken care of my family fleet, including a 93 Infinity Q45, an 89 Ford Thunderbird, and an 89 Nissan 240sx. They practically resurrected the Nissan from the edge of the grave, they put a new headgasket into the T'bird (ouch! $$), they've referred me to other good shops to get done what they don't do.. They're just a couple of good honest guys who do good work for less money than most other places, and I just like and trust them. They've been good to me. Scott Indy

Honest, work with you on the costs of repair - readily willing to prioritize and fix the primary to keep within budget. They can talk to you as "real people - with appropriate recommendations and acceptance of the reality of you individual situation. I'm not the only one who they have helped in tough situations - they have repaired my cars, my daughter's car and my friends' cars - always without surprise charges and in the single case when a part was "possibly faulty" - they replaced the part at no charge. Beyond that, they have gone above/beyond call to make sure that all was right with their repair (in some cases, the explanation is too lengthy to relate - but these are good people.)

Would not return any calls. I have called three times in the past two weeks. I have left my name and number but I have received no calls back to schedule an appointment. Based on the glowing reviews on here, I thought that they may be an upstanding service, but have yet to see ANY service at all.
