Chris Green is knowledgeable, personable and patient. He takes extra time to explain a problem and will go into mechanical detail if I ask him to. He has personally driven me or my two children to work when needed and stays open later than advertised if asked. Not only has he always treated me with respect and friendliness, he has worked tirelessly (and kindly) with both my 21-year-old daughter and my 24-year-old son to help them purchase good used cars, understand needed repairs, and manage their own car maintenance with financial common sense. His shop is small and employs only one or two other mechanics. Like Chris, they tend to be very helpful and tolerant of all their customers. I've gone to Chris for about 7 years.

Absolutely the worst automotive repair service. Had my car for 21 days, would not return a phone call. Never called me but keep putting in new parts. Paid $1,600 for a car computer?, spark plug wires, spark plugs, tune up and LABOR. Drove it 9 miles and it died. Same problem. Took my car to the dealer. Fixed in 2 days, $650. It was a worn, loose distributer. You would have thought they would have found that out when they did a tune up. Asked for $200 back on the repair since they did not fix the car. They refused, said they had fixed it. Even faxed them a copy of the dealer repair invoice showing what the problem was. Said it didn't matter. They told me they would pray for me. Found extra bolts and spark plug wire holder under the hood. Don't ever take your car to this place. Their motto is Best Da** Garage in Town Should be Absolute Worst Da** Garage in Town THEY ARE MORE SKILLED AT MAKING EXCUSES THAN REPAIRING YOUR VEHICLE Brad

I have used Certified Auto and Machine many times. Most people don't realize this, but not only are they a full fledged mechanic, but they are a full service machine shop. They can pull an engine and rebuild it in house and reinstall it. They are probably the only shop in town that can do this. I recommend them to everyone.
