Have known these people quite a long time. Broke down in Fort Wayne and the repaired my VW immediately and fairly. I was traveling through Fort Wayne and the didn't take advantage of me. They fixed the car Correctly!

These guys totally messed up my car...over a period of 3 months. They changed their labor rate (way up), didn't complete the work on time, broke a related system, and then refused to stand behind anything9. In particular, watch out for a guy who calls himself "Casey" (which isn't his real name).

These guys should not be trusted. They will make verbal assurances, but will not put anything in writing. They over charge and under perform.

These guys are terrible. They even put a directional tire on backwards, and didn't know it.
