HE HAS NEVER TREATED ME LIKE I'M AN IDIOT ABOUT CARS. HE ALWAYS ASK MORE THAN NORMAL QUESTIONS TO HELP REPAIR MY PROBLEMS. EVERYONE IN THE SHOP SEEMS TO BE VERY FRIENDLY AND DOWN TO EARTH.

This is a family owned business; good people - very competent, conscientious and courteous. They always provide an accurate estimate and have always fixed what needed to be fixed the first time. I have recommended them to others and they too have been pleased. A university student's car broke down as he was coming to campus (to enroll as a freshman). His father (via the phone) suggested the clutch needed to be replaced - The Dartt's gave an estimate on the phone (in the range of $400+ if I recall) -the student had the car towed to Dartts - the car only needed a clutch cable (somewhere around $70). They fixed what needed to be fixed, nothing more. When a customer goes to Dartt's they can count on getting accurate information - along with good and timely service
