Will not sell you something you do not need. Takes the time to explain exactly the problem and why the solution will fix the problem. Has turned down work on foreign car because they knew it was not their strength. Honest, personable and very reasonable prices. Junior mechanics will not diagnose; advise left to the head man.

Cars are funny things, when they work we take them for granted, but when something goes wrong the need to get them fixed, and fixed right, the first time, at a good price is an all consuming ordeal. Joe at R&F understood my need for immediated attention and calmed my fears. I had a timing belt break which lead to a towing to a local dealer who was about to clean me out with a proposed $5000.00 replacement and a valve job. R&F came through. They were able to fix my import for a fraction of the dealers price and were MUCH more helpful when it came to answering my questions and giving me the power to dictate what would be done and what wouldn't be done. Overall I was pleasantly suprised to know that there really are honest mechanics out there. I hope they keep up the good work. Thanks again for the help Joe. A satisfied customer.

They have worked on two different Subaru's in the past two months. On the first visit they did everything asked and were about half the dealer's estimate. We saved $1,200. On the second visit they repaired an axle cover and it was faulty. I brought the car back immediately, made an appointment for the next day and they fixed it at no charge under warantee. They are very nice to work with

Joe and the guys have worked on 5 different vehicles for us over the last 10 years. They do great work, don't oversell, keep us safe and recommend future maintenance plans. They are good so they are busy but do what they say they will. The also stand by their work.

Reber & Foley never screw up so I can't answer that. You often have to wait a few days to get in because they have so many fans, and if somebody's car is totally down they "squeeze them in". Once they have your car they do the work promptly and well. They don't do work you don't need. Their hourly rate is not the lowest but their work is the best I've seen.

They have worked on at least 4 of my cars for the last 15 years or more; I moved away and still do a 95 mile round trip for oil changes and all service. Will not take a long trip without at least a checkout by R&F. Joe and Mark lead a really good team; going a 100% repair business is the best thing they've done for everyone. Rare mistakes are fixed cheerfully and quickly.

We have been taking our two cars, a Toyota Sienna and a Saab 9-5, to Reber and Foley for over two years. We just had the cable on the mini-van sliding door fail. We brought it into Reber and Foley to have it fixed. It turned out that the cable assembly and motor, which must be replaced together, cost over $1200. As it turns out, the door cable motor assembly is covered under the Toyota warranty for 9 years and 120,000 miles. Our car is eight years old with 109,000 miles. Who would have figured? The folks at Reber and Foley that’s who. Reber and Foley called a local Toyota dealership, confirmed the warranty and had it all set-up to be fixed for free at the Toyota dealership. It would have been easy to just fix it but they went the extra mile. I have had other similar positive experiences with Reber and Foliy and I would recommend them for any maintenance or repair work.
