I have never been so satisfied with a car repair person in my life. When I went on a trip to Florida, they had me call them with what was wrong with my car when the red light came on and then said before someone worked on it to have that person call the shop. They treat me like their mother and I'm not related at all. I went to their shop when someone told me they were honest and fair. They really are and I can't say enough about that. They look over cars you are going to buy and if its something they can't do they tell me where to take it to get it done. I've told dozens of people about them and now I'm telling you.

I didn't actually use this mechanic so am unable to rate him in all of the above sections, but I would definitely hire him to take care of my car based on our telephone conversation. I called to ask about a potential catalytic converter problem. The man with whom I spoke instructed me to call my dealer to see if this is covered under warranty. He said he'd be happy to work on it if it's not under warranty but otherwise recommended I save my money. I appreciated his honesty. I will update this review if/when I bring my car to him for future repairs and service.
