Good shop, but it's not a cheap shop. Friendly people, nice dogs. Work well. Competently done, on time. Once they didn;t quite repair the problem on my 2001 vw, the did the additional repairs free of labor charges, I bought the additional parts. Their labor rates are a bit above average, but below dealer. They do charge straight time from the book, not actual hours they worked on the car .

they continue promising a new delivery date, it took them more than 6 weeks for delivering the car and charged me for extra hours i now were not applied to the repairs. They did not answered my emails or called me when they promised they would. at one time i thought calling the police. I am filling a complaint directly with the manufacturer to investigate their certification, i don't thing they know anything about my car
