They have very sharp mechanics and are also honest. Fair prices, will tell you whether a repair is worth it and if you can wait. Sends out newsletter with coupons. Does charity work for single moms through local church.

The events that I'm describing happened several years ago, but I'm still upset about it. That's how horrible these guys are. It took them three tries to fix my alternator. Every time they put one in, it would fail within a week or two. One even failed leaving me stranded in central Illinois. It took a 20 minute argument to get them to send a truck to pick me up, and I still ended up stranded at a gas station in Mendota for 7 hours waiting. Each time the alternator that they put in failed, they roped me into fixing some other thing which they claimed caused the previous one to fail. I ended up paying well over $2000 for a repair that should have been only a few hundred. They are scam artists. Avoid them at all costs.
