Paul Harshbarger and his crew did a fine job of replacing the belt tensioner pulley on my Dodge Caravan and getting me back on the road in good time and at a very honest price. He could have cleaned my plow and my wallet if he was not so honest. I came in with missing idler pulley on a hot day and being a 3.3L engine the water pump was not turning. The engine would idle but missed and stalled above idle. Could have been a blown head gasket or cooked engine but it was the famous Chrysler limp in mode. As a former NAISE certified mechanic and factory service rep I knew that, but he did not know I knew that and did not try to take advantage of me. $100.16 and acouple of hours later I was on my way. If you have to break down on the road, do it on I-57 near Arcola,IL and get towed to Auto Tech Transmissions for repairs. You can have a meal at one of the Amish resturants in town and you won't need to eat again for the next couple of days.
