The service writer was a dismissive jerk. I took the car to him with a cold start miss fire. Tried to tell him what I thought it was but he cut me off and said they would run diagnostics and call me. They called me back and said it was the fuel injection. Hmm, I thought it was an ignition problem but I said go ahead. $700 later I drove it home only have a cold start miss fire the next day so bad I had to have it towed in. Turned out to be the distributor, another $125+ and the only concession made was one hour labor a no charge to replace distributor. Almost a grand for a $200 repair.

This place will misdiagnose your problem, tell you it's fixed but it cost more than what you were quoted and then when you drive off and find that the problem is still there that you reported before the transaction will not admit that they didn't solve it to begin with and will bill you again. I have been treated like this before and it was at a different shady place but it all went the same route. I am amazed at the similarities really. It's like there is a training book for auto mechanic scammers or something. Just letting you know so you do not get jammed like this here at this one place.
