When you go see Ken you become a friend as well as a customer. If the problem was not solved he will not charge you until it is. Most of my friends and family have begun buying Subarus because they are fabulous cars but mostly because Ken will be your mechanic. He may be the most honest person I have ever known which is quite a statement from someone who has gone toe-to-toe with mechanics in the past.(my dad was a mechanic so you cant pull one over on me) If you ever get a chance just call Ken and get to know him even if you dont need your car fixed because someday you will and then you have your problem solved. Good luck to all of you who dont live in Boise Idaho and get to have Ken as their mechanic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ken is phenomenal. He has fixed problems in my Subaru that other mechanics couldn't figure out. You will not find a more reasonably priced Subaru mechanic in Boise. I am thinking about buying another used car, and it will be a Subaru because I know it can be repaired economically.

Wow! Ken truly impressed me. It took him some extra time diagnose the issue my 23 year old Subie had but no one else over the past 3 years ever could! My little car runs GREAT again. I found him to be fair and honest and will go to him again FIRST if I ever need repair work done. I highly recommend him and his team.

What a bunch of rip off artist these guys are. I spent over 2 thousand dollars of repairs on my legacy 2.5 litter turbo doing head gaskets and as I was selling my car to another person with no more than 100 miles after repairs, person takes car into thier shop to have checked out and they tell and try to sell head gasket repairs again to the guy I was selling to. WTF??? I even got receipts of my repair and a 1 year warranty!!! They tried to sell a repaired job that was already done? I even had it rechecked from the place I got the repairs and even they gave me a tour or look around of the car and I saw no issues. If these guys are trying to sell you a head gasket job, then they are probably trying to ROB you. F>>K These thieves, if I can give them a 0 star I would but 1 star is the default
