My husband did not have time to work on our car so we took it to Master's they fixed it and we were very happy.

I had a Buick that I dearly loved to drive I never let any one else touch it. I did all my own maint. until it started acting up. I took it to Nick and Eli on the recomendation of a friend they looked it over tested the fuel pressure and came to the conclusion that I needed a fule pump, after changing the fuel pump the car ran better, but not good, we found out it was a computer/sensor glitch that was not showing any codes they found that and repaired it for the cost of the parts only, but even though I probably needed the fuel pump too anyway, as the car had well over 100,000 miles, they gave me a great deal on the labor and pump, because they felt they hadn't fixed the real problem. I am sure I could have been a JERK and they would have given a better deal, but I am equally certain that they only replaced parts that needed to be replaced and they were more than fair in what they charged. The 2 repairs cost less than either 1 would have been elsewhere.

This is a pair darn good mechanics. They are competent, honest, eager to help, and their pricing is realy fair and reasonable. We always do our homework, but trust their opinion greatly.Every time we want to buy a car, we take it to them, and they've never proved us wrong. Yasir and Rihab

I love my mechanics. I've never been able to say that until I began taking my car to Master Auto for maintenance/repairs. My honest and incredibly outspoken older neighbor gave me their card, explaining they were the only mechanics she trusted to work on her vehicles. She told me, "Call Nick & Elie, they won't screw you.". Lol Glad I took her advice. I was instantly impressed when I learned that they don't advertise at all beyond "word-of-mouth" from their customers. In addition, every time I've called, they're schedule is fairly full yet they always do their best to get me in quickly. Any wait I've had has been worth it. They are good, decent people and treat all their customers with respect. The only times that I've taken my vehicle to another shop, since becoming their customer, has been at their recommendation--either to save me money or to have exhaust system work done(they don't do exhaust work). I've always been happy with the work done by shops that Nick & Elie have sent me to. I have complete faith in their work, respect their opinions, and trust their advice. Master Auto is the place to go if you want honest mechanics that know what they're doing and that, as my neighbor says, "won't screw you".
